When you make a donation through Givelink, you are essentially purchasing the goods needed by the respective charity directly. Upon completing the payment, the process of registering and dispatching the order to the affiliated supermarket begins. This process typically takes 5-14 days, depending on the overall volume of donations for the charitable organization. The supermarket is responsible for delivering to the location specified by the organization, and once the delivery is completed, you receive an email with a photo of the donated items! You can track the entire process from payment and product purchase to their delivery, and communicate directly with the charitable organization through our mobile app available on the Play Store and App Store.

Givelink was created by four visionaries with the goal of changing the world by making philanthropy more transparent, efficient, and easy. All charitable organizations in the app are approved in collaboration with HIGGS (Higher Incubator Giving Growth & Sustainability) and have been evaluated based on transparency and effectiveness. Payments are securely processed through Viva Wallet. We collaborate with MyMarket, ensuring that all products are purchased and delivered safely through their network of stores.

Once the items are received by the respective charitable organization, you will receive a photo directly from them, along with confirmation of the delivery. Through our mobile app, you can also communicate with them directly for more information about the donation. Additionally, we will send you the purchase receipt of the donated items to your email.

Each charitable organization manages its own specially designed platform through which it can input the goods it needs, monitor donations, and communicate directly with donors. Regarding the requested quantities, calculations are usually based on the number of individuals served by each organization and the time frame for which it wishes to meet its needs. Typically, quantities are determined based on a monthly budget. At present, only basic supermarket items are included (e.g., food, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, etc.).

At Givelink, we collaborate with approved and evaluated charitable organizations with a transparent history, substantial contributions, and a meaningful impact on society. Through the specially designed platform we provide them, they can register their actual needs based on the number of individuals they serve.

Givelink is not a nonprofit organization, but a for-profit Private Equity Company that operates as an intermediary, connecting organizations and their actual needs, donors, and product suppliers. Our revenue/profit comes from commissions charged to suppliers who list their products on the platform. This way, we do not charge donors or charitable organizations extra.

Our fundamental principle is not to charge either the user or the charitable organization. Therefore, 100% of the donation funds are converted into real assistance and go directly to the charitable organization.

Givelink ensures that all organizations included on the platform have been reviewed, approved, and evaluated by the specialized NGO assessment organization, Higgs, by the government, and other national assessment tools. Additionally, our team meets with each charitable organization in person and conducts its own assessment of their operational methods, transparency levels, and the people leading the charitable organizations.

You can search for these organizations on our app and learn more about their activities and work. After informing yourself and selecting the organization you want to support, you can securely make your donation through Givelink.

Givelink collaborates with charitable organizations that create a wish list of products they need and have an immediate requirement for, which is listed on the platform. So, for each product, you can see the quantities needed and either choose the products you want to donate to the charitable organization of your choice or use SmartPick. With SmartPick, you simply enter the amount you wish to donate, and the algorithm creates the optimal donation basket based on the amount and the specific needs of the organization.
